I joined The Club mid April after realising the state I'd got into over the lockdown.

This is one of those clubs you sign up for the 6 weeks course and 3/4 years later you're still there, part of the family. Fantastic trainers, who give you all the time you need to show you exercises and discuss nutrition with you, tailor things to your needs and ability. You're made to feel welcome from the minute you arrive.
